Well we all packed up our campers and trucks and left for hunting camp friday the 30th of October. On the start of our five hour drive to hunting camp we drove through one of our favorite little towns out here known as Evergreen. They've got some really great little restaurants, (including our "Shorty's in Colorado" the Wildflower Cafe, library we frequent with Essie about once a week, some cool little shops,a lake, and it's only ten minutes from the house.

I always amazes me how quickly the snow melts out there. If we had 4 ft here we wouldn't emerge till MARCH!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, Evergreen...bet those raised walkways came in handy with all the snow plowing. And now I'm thinking how soon till I can get back to Shorty's....yumm! Love you both, xo
