Rocky Mountain National Park was awesome! I'm sure not surprised though. We've come to expect nothing less than awesome when we see a national park. Such an amazing display of nature at it's best. Unfortunately Rocky Mountain has a lot of tree destruction cause by the pine beetles. It's said to see. Just like a wildfire though after the destruction the trees fall down and over a period of time get released back into the earth to nourish the new growth. The only animals we got to see was some elk, and some birds. But the park is home to many animals such as marmots, fish, moose, bears, beavers, and other birds.
