- We are a happily married couple since January 26th, 2002. We've had this dream now of living in an RV and traveling the US of A in search of new sites and experiences. Also we didn't want to have a job or obligation making us come back from our vacation! So we worked a lot, and saved some money for the past 6 years. Then we bought an RV moved out of the place we were living, and moved into the driveway at Gus' parents house. It's been a good 5 months in the driveway. Five months? Wow I didn't realize it's been that long till now! We're ready to leave and wanted to have this blog to keep everyone up to date on our adventure! We love Shorty's!

Tunnels are cool. Is this one on the road that goes all around the lake? I was looking on Google maps. Tahoe is a BIG lake. Love that it's a natural formation. Nothing like a few million years to make it happen...:) Yep, everything changes - sometimes fast, sometimes slow - but eventually! xoxo
