Redwoods National and State Parks 4

We drove through the rest of park.  We stopped at a visitor center on the way and watched a movie on the park.  We also got to see a real used hand dug redwood canoe.  We got a brochure for the Avenue of the Giants.  It's 31 mile road goes around highway 101.  A scenic route through the another state park that has the oldest redwoods that remain from before the logging days.  Of course it was beautiful.

  1. How cool is this? I was wondering what it felt like to be standing next to these giants. The view of the ocean is amazing.
I was thinking about the world's more popular view of - a college education makes you a more well rounded individual. How would you describe the education that you guys are getting. It is not the norm, and that's alright in fact it is probably better. How is this expereince shaping you and or changing you? luv m

  2. Everyday we are seeing and experiencing new and different things. It's great. It's making us more open minded and seeing different perspectives. We're really enjoying and learning a lot. It's the best investment we made so far.

  3. Hey thanks for sharing that. It kind of reminds me of a musical instrument. If we are all some type of musical instrument. We can be good at what we were made to do but if we are fine tuned oh the sound is so much sweeter. And...if we are able to cooperate with each other, that's when music happens. luv m
